This is the FAQ page. Please read carefully before becoming a member.

:bulletblue:  [HOW TO JOIN]  :bulletblue:

:pointr: Joining is fairly easy; like any other group just click the "Join this group" link on the homepage. Joining doesn't require approval so you will automatically become a member as soon as you make your join request.

:pointr: Requests to join as a Contributor or Co-Founder will be denied, however if the staff decide more help is required, we'll announce it on the blog and you may request to become part of the team there.

:bulletred:  [RULES]  :bulletred:

:pointr: Take care to submit your art to the correct folder. If you submit to the wrong folder, your submission will be denied and you will be contacted with instructions on which folder to submit to.

:pointr:  Be respectful to all the other members of the club. Cruelty or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.

:pointr: If you would like to promote the club, please add the club icon to your journal.

:pointr: Please limit your submissions to one per day.

:bulletgreen:  [ADDING YOUR ICON TO THE JOURNAL]  :bulletgreen:

:pointr: To add the icon to your journal, just type : icon Clamp-fanclub : without the spaces on your journal entry.

:pointr: To display it as text instead, type :dev Clamp-fanclub : and it should appear like this: Clamp-fanclub This is a good way to display your membership to the club in your signature, should you wish to.

:pointr: Another way to display your membership is to install the "Groups" widget on your homepage. On the top-right corner of your page is an "Edit Page" tab which allows you to choose which widgets you want installed on your page. Choosing the "Groups" widget will create a box on your page which displays all the groups you're a member of.

:bulletblue:  [CONTRIBUTING ART]  :bulletblue:

:pointr: To have your art displayed in the group gallery, all you need to do is click the "Submit Art" link at the top of the homepage, select your deviation and submit to the appropriate folder. Your submission will then be approved by one of the staff and displayed in the gallery.

:pointr: Another way to submit art is to visit the appropriate gallery folder and click the "+ Submit to This Folder" tab found there.

:pointr: Please make sure to submit only your own work. Clamp-fanclub is a group dedicated to fan work by those who appreciate CLAMP.
* You may recreate a CLAMP image by using it as a reference, but tracing will not be accepted.
* You may submit images of plush toys, models, figures and the like, only if they were made by you.
* You may submit cosplay images in which you model a purchased costume. Likewise you may submit if you were the photographer and/ or costumer but not the model, provided you have the model's permission.

:pointr: If at any time you are unsure of where to submit your deviation, or whether or not it falls under the category of fanwork, please send us a note and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

:bulletgreen:  [CLUB ARTISTS]  :bulletgreen:

:pointr: Club Artists are artists whom winners of the contests may commission for a free work of art as their prize. The nature of the commission (i.e - full colour/ black-and-white, digital/ traditioinal etc.) will be displayed on the Contest Page, as well as a list of the active club artists available for winners to choose from.

:pointr: As a member, if you would like to contribute a prize for a contest, let us know on the comments section of the Contest Page, or alternatively send us a note. Remember, prizes aren't limited solely to art. Anything ranging from literature commissions to handicrafts to deviantART subscriptions are welcome – so  don't feel that you need to be a highly skilled artist in order to volunteer as a prize donator. No matter the prize, we appreciate your involvement. (:

Hi, I have a question. If you look at the folder in my profile labeled, "Re-Colored Clow Cards." Would they be acceptable? All I did was decrease the color saturation to zero and then gave the cards monochrome colors.
